In loving memory of Cst. Rick O’Brien, we carry forward his passionate vision and unwavering commitment to uniting youth and law enforcement. 

Cst. O’Brien’s tragic sacrifice on September 22, 2023, while executing a search warrant in Coquitlam, serves as a poignant reminder of his dedication to community safety and fostering positive relationships.  Cst. O’Brien’s legacy lives on through his enormous heart, his love for kids, his enthusiasm for hockey, and his steadfast service as a police officer.

Our mission is to foster understanding, trust, and collaboration between youth and law enforcement through meaningful and inclusive programs, activities and events. We envision a future where communities thrive on mutual respect, empathy, and shared responsibility.

Our commitment is to create a safe and engaging platform that brings together young individuals and law enforcement officers in an atmosphere of openness and camaraderie. Through interactive activities, open dialogue, and collaborative initiatives, we aim to break down stereotypes, dispel misconceptions, and build lasting connections that transcend traditional divides.

We strive to empower both youth and law enforcement with the tools they need to work together towards building safer, more harmonious communities. By promoting positive interactions, communication, and mutual understanding, we aim to inspire the next generation to see police officers not merely as enforcers of the law but as dedicated partners in shaping a society where every voice is heard, every individual is valued, and everyone feels protected.
